Contiguous to the nursery property we have dedicated approximately 115 acres to the production of Sod. Currenty we grow two varieties consisting of Zoisia Manila and Tiften Bermuda 419, a hybrid golf course grass. We feel that by offering these two varieties, we can service the needs of the Puerto Rico landscape business and the golf course construction that is ongoing thoughout the island.
